Quick question regarding adding book award distinction to my book, how do we go abouts doing so?

I would like to add the award for my book Wall Street Kitchen, winning the Eric Hoffer Award for Honorable Mention Distinction 2017 Non-Fiction eBook category.

I have just won the Beryl Bainbridge Award for Best First Time Author for my book "Library Cat: The Observations of a Thinking Cat".
