The Death Cure
question
has everyone missed this or am I totally wrong?

I read the prequel first and then the other three books. I'm curious about something that I haven't seen anyone else comment about so I was wondering if I was totally wrong or not. In the prequel there is a little girl (3 or 4 yrs old I think. don't remember her name now) that is immune to the flare. In the end the two heroines push her through the shimmery door thing then the epilogue picks up 13 yrs later with a teenage girl entering the maze. Is
Teresa supposed to be that girl or Brenda maybe? I really thought it was Teresa though because the age fits if she was 3 or 4 when she escaped the flare for wicked. My other question is that if it is Teresa then how come when she got her memory back she didn't mention her past with anyone and more importantly that the flare wasn't "accidently" released on everyone like everyone thinks. That it was purposely used by wicked to control the population. any thoughts?

Here's a little friendly advice for the future: DO NOT read the prequel before the series! :)
In the copy I read of The Kill Order it did not have this, but apparently if you purchase the Barnes and Noble copy of The Kill Order, the epilogue is not of Thomas with his Mom right before he's sent to WICKED, but of Teresa meeting Thomas for the first time at WICKED, where she supposedly tells Thomas that her name used to be Dee Dee.
As for your second question; When Teresa got her memories back, she only received pieces and fragments. The Swipe never truly gave back all her memories.
Hope this helps!

I read both editions and the special one for Barnes and Noble does say they give her the name Theresa. I had not thought about the last thing you said because I read the BN edition months after I first read them all. But Kelly's right, she only got pieces so maybe that was part of the thing she never got back.
