Settings Error Message

When I have tried to add settings in book descriptions, I am getting an error message reading "Place name is too similar to an existing one." This happens when I pull a place from the drop-down menu, even when there's not a setting already listed.

One example: Frozen in Time by Mitchell Zuckoff. I tried to add Greenland as setting. I clicked on Greenland from the country drop down menu and got the error message.

Ideas?
