A | 270 comments Just wondering what methods you all use to reproduce prints of your 2D works and what's best for show or sale, and websites.

Ruth | 1905 comments Are you talking about reproductions, such as digital copies? I don't do that.

A | 270 comments Yes prints, and scans for archival and web previews. I take it you rely on photography only and sell your work out right?

Ruth | 1905 comments I know of no way to reproduce artwork but with photography. Oh, wait, my visual poetry pieces http://www.ruthbavetta.com/visualpoet... are small enough to go directly in the scanner. Are you hoping to sell reproductions of your work?

A | 270 comments I'm considering it, it's just been sitting stored away otherwise. I had access to one of those commercial sized scanners when I was in college to make quality prints of our work so I imagine I'll have to look for a company around town that does this.

My ceramics are all on slides so that's easy enough to transfer with a small converter.
