Thanks to Ann for setting up the chapters. I will be starting this next so I'm happy to do the chapter summaries unless someone else arrives first.

I am tempted by copies of this book being available on the "Lucky Day" shelf on a few branch libraries, those copies are not eligible to be put on hold and it looks like half or so of the first copies are set up like that now. I support the idea, I even grabbed one up on Saturday - happy to be able to just walk in and pick up a new release... The Silkworm ; but it chafes a bit when holds are on a long queue and there are three copies at one branch... calculating the distance... :)
Ann, do they also have to be back in a short time, like a week? That's what would deter me from picking one up. Two weeks for the Lucky Day borrowing period, Carol. I laughed at your diabolical idea to return one and get another out! Thinking..... ;)
I am happy to report that I have the audio CD's lined up to listen soon. I may not make it before the end of the month, but Lucas is on the horizon!
