Love and relationships are a major theme in your novel. Identify ONE relationship you feel exemplifies the idea of “love” as it is portrayed in the novel and explain why. Use textual evidence to support your answer.

One relationship I would categorize as love is Katniss and gale because they just have a real connection between each other and they care

Good response. But, I want to see you expand more. What textual evidence do you have to support this?

One relationship I would point out would be katniss and her family. I think this is a good relationship because katniss does everything she can to provide for her family. She is raising her little sister like her own and does everything to make her mom happy and help her. That to me shows true love for her family

A relationship I would categorize as love is katniss and prim. Katniss puts her in front of anyone. She volunteered for the hunger games after her name was called because she wants to protect her. It's an example of love because she cares for prim and prim is part of her family. She practically raised her.
