Ugh, going through the list a second time and there is not a single book published by Dreamspinner, no Tales from Foster High, and no Last of the Summer Tomatoes. It's like the writer willfully skipped Dreamspinner...

Openly Straight is another one I expected and didn't see. (Given the big-press focus. Lots of good Harmony/Dreamspinner not there. YA is much more skewed to big presses and actual bookstore sales.)

Also, I'll Get There. It Better Be Worth the Trip by John Donovan. It's the very first gay YA novel from 1969!

I have to say that I wouldn't agree on all of these, and they seem to have missed most of the small press (like Harmony Ink) and indie books, but there are dozens of my favorites here:
