Here's mine, for my novel I'm working on.

Name; Alexia "Lexi" Johnson
Age; 17.
About; Loves film and photography. Has a strong passion and respect for storms and tornadoes. Comes off as one of those strong willed females, but is really sensitive. She's the only girl in a family of four, and has been living with her oldest brother since her parents died.
She hardly ever spends time at home, due to her brother being depressed and hardly ever talking. She spends most of her time driving around filming in the summer with her best friend and the guy she likes.
She really just wants her brother back, and wants to be a family again but she'd never admit that to anyone.

Name: Fyre
Age: Unknown, but looks about in his late 20's
About: Fyre is hot tempered. He likes to gamble, but hates to lose.
Oh, and he is made out of fire. He is a jerk most of the time, but when he save Carla, a hooker, from a cruel Pimp, she finds out that hee is very unsecure, even though he acts not like it. Also in the story there are other people like him. Air, Water and Earth. They're searching for him, because they want to hide the fact that magical people like them are real. Fyre hates to be in his human form, every time someone spills water on him, his fire goes out. Also, Fyre causes chaos wherever he goes.

About: Walter is a sad kid. He lives on a ship with his father in the 1900‘s. One day Walter is about to jump off the ship and into the water because he was depressed, but a kid in a hoodie stops him.
Walter is a wimp and hates to be around other people. He loves to steal shiny things and build toy castles with them. He has only one friend. He is very odd.
Looks: He has short black hair and green eyes. He wears round glasses.

Here's an old character of mine! I made him about 4 years or so, I don't really remember, but there's one thing about him...
He doesn't have a name, so I'll just call him No Name.
Name: No Name.
Age: 16 or 18, not sure yet.
Gender: Male
Looks: Before the fire... He had messy black hair, bright green eyes, a cunning smile and he always wore dark clothing and hoodies. He always had some cigarettes in his back pocket.
After the fire... His messy black hair is sightly burnt off. He is missing his right eye. His smile is now a unhappy frown, and he wears a long grey trench coat, black jeans and a black turtleneck. And he is badly burnt all over his body and since he's a demon now, he has horns.
About: When he was a kid he ran away from home and went to live by himself. He was stupid, had no idea what to do, so he went the easy way and joined a gang. He got easy money, but he started to do drugs, so he only had enough money for rent and barely enough for food.
After years of living alone, he set a fire by mistake.
He ran out of his apartment building. At the stairs was a blind man and a little girl. The little girl was kind and was helping the blind man, but No Name was not as kind so he shoved pass them, knocking both over, but the blind man grabbed his leg. And they burned.
When he died, he woke up in a strange place which smelled of feces.
He was on a bed craved from the stone wall. A man with glasses and a friendly grin greeted him. He told him that he had died and had done many sins, so he would become a demon. Though, if he were to outdo them with good deeds within a month, he could go to heaven. No name agreed to this plan. The man with glasses told him that he would have to take something from him so that No name wouldn't run away. So the man with glasses took No name's right eye. He passed out from the pain. When he woke a slutty woman was on top of him. He pushed her off him. The woman was called Lily, she became a demon because she was lustful. She was No name's teacher.
While Lily was showing him around their sewer HQ, a girl with blue hair was wandering their headquarters.
And it was at this time he fell in love with Blue.
And after that...
I don't remember.

Okay, what? How come I have so many characters without names?!
Name: Pirate Lady. (I'll just call her Pirate Lady for now.)
Age: She starts out in the story as 13 and later is 32
Gender: Female, but when she was the captain of her father's ship she pretended to be a guy.
Looks: She has short black hair and is very boyish looking. She wears men's clothes most of the time. When she gets older and has kids, she has about three scars. One over her right eye, one on her nose, one on her mouth, but she has many more on her body.
About: in the year 4798, there are pirates. They are outlawed of course, but that doesn't stop anyone. Pirate Lady's father is a pirate. He captains a ship of his own. His daughter always watched him. One day, the ship was attacked by the police. The ship was all but destroyed. Her father and eight others (And her) were able to escape on a lifeboat, but they had no food or water.
They floated at sea for almost seven days. Her father gave her his old captain uniform and told her to take over his ship. Soon after he dies, they end up on a beach. She finds the ship and begins to captain it.
After five years, her ship is taken away by the government. She gives up and begins to drink at a local bar.
In the bar there is a lady, who tries to seduce Pirate Lady. The lady doesn't know that she is actually a woman. Pirate Lady doesn't care and continues to drink. The lady gets mad and attacks her, giving her the scar on her lip.
After they finish fighting...
A man notices Pirate Lady is like "Oh my god, that's my old captain!"
He used to be one of the pirates on her ship.
He talks to her and somehow finds out she is a lady.
He starts to fall in love with her.
He helps her get her ship back.
Pirate Lady and He get married, and she gets pregnant, but She still doesn't want her pirates to know she is a lady because she thinks they won't want to be captained by a woman, so she gives up being a pirate for raising her child.
But he husband tells her to tell her pirates that she is a woman.
She does and the pirates don't care. They tell her go ahead and raise her kid and they all cheer her on saying 'Good luck!' And such.
So after that she has three kids.
And once they grow up she'll become a pirate again.

APPEARANCE:
Jade has the skin tone and hair color that is expected of a Hispanic. Her dark hair reaches to her shoulders, and the ends are uneven, clumsily cut. Her hair is styled so that she has no bangs, and loose strands are always tucked neatly behind one ear. Her eyes are a dark blue color that matches her Hielo. Her mark is between her eyes, and glows the same color as her Hielo when she’s using her powers. It always shows.

PERSONALITY:
Jade starts off as very distrustful of almost everyone she comes across, mainly because of being abandoned by her father. She often runs away from her problems (both literally and emotionally). Her first appearance shows her to be childish in the way that she scares easily and clings to adult figures. She relates to girls more than boys, but somehow warms up to Flame before Amber.

When Candace starts to take more control over Jade, the MC becomes irritable. She pushes Flame and Amber away, and starts hanging out with Lexie more. It’s during this time that she realizes that she likes Shane. When she returns to normal, Jade loses her flight instinct and begins to pick fights with people that she doesn’t like.

Over time, Jade develops a need to belong to a family. This brings her closer to Cristina, Candace, and Angelo, since they are related to her biologically. She also fixes her relationship with Flame and Amber, since they took care of her in the beginning of the book. During this time, she closes off from Lexie and her group.

HISTORY:
(view spoiler)[Jade is another personality of Candace’s, which was given full control after Candace nearly died as a preteen. The accident seems to have erased Jade’s memory of her original self. Angelo saved Jade from certain death, and raised her for three years. During this time, he discovered both her abilities and the fact that she was another personality. Knowing that Jade would likely forget him when her old personality resurfaced, he tricked her into going into the lake, then left her to drown. (hide spoiler)]

Jade ‘s memory is in shambles when she manages to get out of the lake, which is a key sign that Candace is getting stronger. Almost immediately afterwards, she runs into Amber and Flame. Though the two groups don’t trust each other at first, the two young adults finally agree to take her in. They help her to understand more about herself.

(view spoiler)[Throughout the series, Jade meets several people with abilities like hers. Along the way, she helps them to “cure” themselves. And by the very last chapter, she must make the ultimate sacrifice for their sakes. (hide spoiler)]


OTHER:
Jade fears darkness and being alone, which is common for a child. The first of these fears cause her to distrust Shane more than anyone else simply because of his powers. By the end of the series, she appears to get over both fears.

PERSONALITY:
Roxanne’s family has a history of craziness, mostly on her mother’s side. (Both Melvin and Marik.) So it really shouldn’t be any surprise that she will have her bipolar moments.

Most of the time, Roxanne is a resourceful teen that is extremely loyal to her family. She does not make friends easily – both because of her past and because of her darker side – but the few friends she does have, she will protect with her life. Her mind is rather analytical. Though she does not show it often, she has a very caring heart. She’s extremely sympathetic to people that are going through difficult times.

When her darker personality surfaces, she becomes more aggressive. She gets a very short temper. A tell-tale sign of this switch is that she will get a heavy British accent. Occasionally her anger becomes so great that she even shares her mother’s face-warping. She becomes extremely violent and has a lust for blood. (Bordering on cannibalism.)

Roxanne has difficulty adapting to change. She also gets sort of possessive over things that she thinks belong to her, including people. She wants those she cares about to be focusing on her at all times. She gets jealous easily, like her mother, but is much more like her father in the way that it is almost impossible for her to hold a grudge for very long.

APPEARANCE:

Hair:
Roxanne has golden blonde hair, just like her mother. She keeps her hair fairly short (just above her jaw, just below her ears), but has bangs as well.

These are very short bangs, and still show a lot of her forehead. In the middle – where her “Eye of Wdjat” would be, if she had one like her mother – she has extra long bangs that are three times longer than the rest of her bangs. These longer hairs hang in the middle of her face in a dagger-like style. These bangs reach her nose; not completely covering it, just brushing the curve of her nose. The rest of her bangs don’t even cover her eyebrows.

The top of Roxanne’s hair spikes. But these are not crazy spikes like her mother’s; these are very faint spikes, only an inch or two in size. Every spike curls slightly, in all different directions. Her hair is completely untamed; most of the time, she doesn’t even bother to try to brush it.

Eyes:
Roxanne’s eyes are the same color as Ryou’s in the official show, not Season Zero. (In other words, her eyes are brown.) Her eyes look very similar to Ishizu’s, except for their color.

Clothes:
Roxanne usually prefers dark, sleeveless shirts. She never wears long sleeves, not even in the winter! (She’d rather just stay inside all day; she’s stubborn like that.) Roxanne typically wears black, but she will also wear green, blue, purple, and red if they are a dark enough shade.

She wears either shorts, or jeans. (Both denim.) She never wears dresses or skirts. When she wears jeans, she either buys the kind with the ripped design or she rips them herself. Her jeans often look messy, because she’s not very good at trying to fix her own pants. (She uses her bare hands, not scissors.)

She usually wears boots, preferring the ones with a slight heel and that are darker in color. She does not wear cowboy boots. When wearing jeans, she tucks the bottoms into her boots.

The only jewelry that Roxanne wears are those with a skull design. This can be either an earring or two, a necklace, a bracelet, a design on her shirt… or even Binky Boi himself. She never wears any accessories in her hair.

In Chapter 11, Melvin gives Roxanne his cape. (The purple one that he is seen wearing throughout most of his scenes in the anime.) This cape has special properties against the Shadow Realm, likely due to the fact that Melvin spent a lot of his life trapped there.

In Chapter 16, Ryou gives Roxanne his knife. He uses it several times in the series before passing it on to his daughter. The knife that he uses is called a Bowie knife. This knife is often confused as being the same as other similar knives, but it’s very different. This knife is banned in the United States, because its length (between 8 and 12 inches) does not pass regulations. Ryou’s knife is in the middle of those two lengths; his is 10 inches, like the very first Bowie knife.

Overall Appearance:
Roxanne has tan skin like her mother, not pale like her father. Her skin tone and her hair color often cause others to mistaken her for an obsessive beach-goer. She gets very defensive when others think of her in this way, because her skin color comes from her genetics, not from being out in the sun all day.

She will wear makeup sometimes; mainly mascara and eyeliner, sometimes a faint lip-gloss. She does not color her lips. Every once and a while, she will wear eye-shadow as well. When she does, she only wears one of the following colors: red, blue, green, pink, purple, black. (She’s picky like that.) Most of the time, she goes without this extra bit of color.

She also wears black nail polish, or other similarly dark colors. Both her and Amane keep their nails short.

OTHER:
Roxanne has a minor case of claustrophobia, though this does not get the chance to be shown in the series. She likely inherited this fear from her uncle Marik, because of his hatred for the tombs which he had been raised in.

Roxanne is not a duelist. Melvin and Ryou never exposed her to Duel Monsters, even after this series. They thought there wouldn’t be much point, since neither of them really dueled anymore anyways. If she did duel, her favorite card would probably be Dark Snake Syndrome.

Roxanne lived all of her life in Domino City. She’s never visited England or Egypt, though she would like to very much. The thought of travel excites her, and she thinks it would be fun to have the opportunity to connect to her roots.

Maybe this isn't the right place to do this, but I'll ask my question here anyway. Someone let me know if I should post somewhere else.

I'm currently trying to flesh out a story idea that I have, so I'm trying to get to know my characters' personalities a bit more in order to give them each a voice of their own. Does anyone have any character info checklists or charts that are really in-depth and thorough that they could recommend to me?

Hmm maybe it would be a better question for Brainstorming Room? Or maybe General Writing Tips? But at least it's on the topic of character profiles, so I think it's fine. :P

Anyway, I've found that Tumblr is actually a really good place for finding character profiles/questionnaires to fill out. For example, this is a pretty good list of in-depth character sheets. I've also come across this thing called The Most Epic Character Chart Ever, which looks promising. Hope that helps! :)

Don't laugh. These are characters from my MLP Fan Fiction, which takes place in the future where Humans find Ponies and they go to war, but the ponies win and humans hide for years. The ponies have an army always searching for humans, but one day a pony finds out that humans aren't that bad.

Appearance: Short dark brown hair. Green eyes. Mole underneath his right eye. Sticky Out Ears. He wears lots of padding and dark colours. He uses guns mostly, but carries some knives. He has the words 'SGT Steven' written along his sleeve.
Personality: He gets angry easily, and is annoyed most of the time. When he is around children, he becomes silly and friendly. He has a crush on Jessica.

Current Status: Deceased
History: Alice was born in 1920. She married a man named Peter at the age of 20 and had a baby boy with him 3 years later (he was named Jack). Then, Alice and Peter got divorced another 3 years later. Peter came back a year later and took custody of Jack. Alice was heartbroken and was in a state of depression or a few years before she decided to take action. She snuck into Peter's home and killed Peter. Knowing that once the police found out she was the killer, Jack would be taken away from her, Alice killed Jack and then herself as well. After she died, she tried to go into Heaven, but she was rejected. When she tried to go into Hell, she was also rejected. So Alice has been wandering around as a ghost since 1948, killing people to steal enough lives to become living once more.
Personality: Alice used to be gentle, loving, kind, and a generally nice person. She was also a good mother. However, when she lost Jack to Peter, she changed dramatically. She became violent, agressive. depressed, hateful, and basically a horrible person. After she died and was rejected from Heaven and Hell, she became silent, emotionless, merciless, cruel, and hateful.
Appearance: Alice is a slim young woman wearing late 1940s dress. She has long black hair and big round blue eyes. She's pale and 5' 6". She carries with her an umbrella, where the handle of the umbrella is actually the handle of a hidden sword. Also, there is a red mark around her neck, where the rope cut into her neck when she hung herself.
Other: Alice has a small weak spot for young boys, as they remind her of her beloved son, Jack.

1. Hmmm. Maybe something like
'Mary Timber'
'Mary Neve' (her name would then literally mean 'bitter snow')
Or 'Mary Boreas' (Bohr-ee-us) (It's greek I think for north wind)

Name: Bianco Neve

Age: 13 years

Gender: Male

Appearance: He has shoulder-length black hair and large gray eyes. He has pale skin and is 5' 4". He wears a tunic and sandals. He carries small knives wherever he goes.

Personality: He's a gentle person. He's loving and welcoming and kind, and he can't bear to see someone else in pain. He's extremely loyal to his master and is rather clever. It breaks his heart to cause harm to anyone, and he's very optimistic. He's cautious and will do anything for his master.

History: Bianco was born into a small, poor family. He lived with his mother and father for five years, until his parents were killed during the war. Bianco managed to escape and became a street urchin, scrounging for food. One day, on a cold evening, he saw a man defend an orphan from the law enforcement. Moved by this man's kindness, Bianco approached him and asked to stay with him. The man agreed and told Bianco that his name was Pauroso Demone. Bianco has been staying with the man ever since, and will do anything for him, even die, as the man gave him a purpose in life.

Personality: Nervous due to years of not knowing what her sister would do next, but overall an optimist who wants to believe that all people are good.
Likes: Fashion, playing the flute, school
Dislikes: Her twin (though she’s overall loyal to Rebecca), unknowns, hate
Greatest dream: To save her sister if at all possible, and to become a psychologist/understand mental illness.
Worst fear: She fears Rebecca continuing the way she’s going, though she knows there’s no way to ‘cure’ her. Besides that, she’s claustrophobic.

Age: 16
Appearance: Dark hair, green eyes. Tall and slim.
Personality: Is completely dark at heart and has no conscience. It started when she was young and hurt insects, and then just escalated until she became what she is when the story takes place. She does drugs, too.

Dislikes: Everything else
Greatest dream: None. She doesn’t care what happens, as long as it’s good to her and bad to everyone else
Worst fear: Her own death (though she won’t admit having any fear)
