copy covers from one edition to another

I am adding my Marcia Muller books and I came across this. The cover has been used in several editions, but only one has the cover uploaded.

Is there any easy way to just copy the photo page from one edition to another. I know I can copy and paste to my computer and then upload from my computer, but I'm hoping there's an easier way.

If this is covered somewhere else, please point me. I did try find this out for myself.

Easiest way is to just drag the image to your desktop and then just upload from there where needed.

So no way to refer or copy the https from one edition to another? If not, then I have a new suggestion.
