I really really hope so. And I hope we see it. I mean. He still has to figure out her secret and all. I really hope he gets enough "screen-time" to work through his issues. Rosalind just had this huge section with whatshername (see ^^ already too lazy to type "that Annie person :D), but when he was called "my groom"? Almost no time was spend on that. In the end he and his dad just went on as if nothing had happened. He didn't even think about what happened :(

And (like Penelope) he needs someone to support him and appreciate him for who he is so he'll finally recognize his own worth. I hope Rosalind will return the favor and stand up to his family. Ok so I *may* have caved and read on. Sorry about that. But my poor precious baby.... So chapter 20 came and went and (view spoiler) I'm a bit mad for how they're treating my precious. There had better be some groveling from her at the end...

So, I've just finished chapter 20 and now it's my turn to vent. (view spoiler) End of venting :D I will be reading more chapters later to see what will happen. And I agree, Rosalind needs to grovel a bit at the end . Even though I think it will be Nate groveling at end... he just THAT kind of guy!
I know, right? I have no idea why she wouldn't confide in him. He said he'd never push her away, and so far he has done nothing to make her doubt that. The Annie thing also bothered me. (view spoiler). Brilliant observation that she stole her life at the same time. I didn't think of it that way, but you're right. She could've just let her go, or, I don't know make her (view spoiler)

The letter's purpose remains a mystery. I don't know why he likes to keep doubting Nate and telling him so. He just likes to be an Asshole. did you stop at chapter 20? or did you read more?
I'm somewhere in the middle of 21. I had to stop when he was thinking about how she left. Without looking back... *snifs*

I've been searching for the right word :D because somehow, it seemed off to me... I was like "so that's it, huh" could have been solved earlier.

Yeah. Rosalind at the end was like "OMG it was you??? never suspected anything, how could I have been this stupid?" It was like this big, scary problem she had was completely absurd... That's how the resultion felt. But I'm glad there wasn't more drama, like Nathaniel being mad, I think that would have ruined it for me completely.

It conveniently tied up all the problems and no one had anything on Rosalind anymore and all. Could've been worse. There could've been last-minute abductions or something....

It was an enjoyable read, and I absolutely loved Nate. I liked Rosalind as well, and the story was good... so I'm thinking 3.5 stars that I'll round up to 4 stars :)

Yes, that would have been nice. An epilogue would've been great.

I've had so much fun reading it with you :) No, I don't think you missed them, I would have loved the characters to be connected. I'm really curious about Nate's siblings. I hope she'll write the next books about them.

Hey guys! I would definitely like to read the second one with you when it comes out. I am also hoping to read the second one in the treasure duo also (I really liked the first one...it was about a blind man and a courtesan...you think you liked Nate? This hero was fantastic!)Anyway, glad you guys seemed to enjoy this one, although you still didn't like some of the family drama. I liked this one. There was drama, but it felt real.

I liked this book. I just think that Rosalind could have stood up for herself a bit earlier. She was scared for her sister which is understandable, but still...
