These details are for this 1937 edition. I couldn't figure out how to get the right edition to show in the "This topic is about" pullup; and there are differences in stories in the different years.
Please add the detailed table of contents and the additional authors listed below.

David Keaton (spiderbites) | 33 comments Hi, I was trying to do something similar like the previous poster in this thread - edit some author names in an anthology I've put together, but though it says I have Librarian status, it won't allow me to make deletions. Am I doing something wrong?

it is this book:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

it allowed me to add the author "Joshua Chaplinsky"
but it won't allow me to remove the misspelled named "Joshua Chaplinski"
also it wouldn't allow me to update the cover with newer version.
thanks for any help! :)

-David

Abcdarian | 26579 comments #7: Authors have limited librarian abilities on their books; one reason for this is that they tend to do things like changing covers, which is against Goodreads policy. Readers shelve the edition they have read, so if you have a new cover, a new edition needs to be added. You can make that request in a new topic thread -- this one is attached to a particular book up at the top of the page.

I removed Joshua Chaplinski from the author list.

David Keaton (spiderbites) | 33 comments Thanks for your help. The only reason I was trying to change the cover was because I had just created the listing moments earlier (the release date is two months away). The limited librarian access doesn't seem very intuitive though, as it lets me add corrections, but not delete - as with the Chaplinski/Chaplinksy mistake I made when uploading contributors. Apologies for asking this question in an existing topic thread.
