Not a hot topic, but as I read the one comment made, these things are more book than not book, and you found that others have been added.

These are the acceptable sources for cover images and other book data.

"An individual user's scans or photos, taken of books they own or have in their possession, are also an acceptable source for cover images."

Thanks. I can't edit the book to add the cover, so I've requested librarian status. Also, Tim Covell is two different authors - me (this book) and Rational Simplicity Tim. Assume I can fix that with librarian status. Thanks for your work investigating and setting up the book.
