Finished. A final, not unexpected, and heavily emotional ending, which leaves no room for extensions of this trilogy.
I'd like to say that Bennett delivered. In multiple ways - Sigrud's action packed heroism, but also his more thoughtful side, his background.
Five stars from me.

Oops. I apparently never finished here. I blew through this section in one setting.

I liked the ending a lot, but overall I thought this book was the weakest of the three.
