Ian | 2 comments I'm looking for a kids book about the animals that live in different ecosystems. The book is illustrated and the illustrations all have a cartoony style. On each two page spread it shows a different ecosystem and at the bottom are the animals that live in that ecosystem you need to find and how many of them. Some of the ecosystems that I can remember are Oregon Coast, Andes Mountains, Taiga, Antartica, etc. I had this from the library and really want to get a copy for my school.

A guess - Eddie Explores Ecosystem and the Food Chain by Carol Marsh?

"Eddie will introduce your students to ecosystems, photosynthesis, biomes, producers, consumers, and decomposers, life cycles, food chain, rainforests and more. The book also includes fun activities such as word searches, crossword puzzles, writing activities, unscrambling words and more. The thought-provoking science fair project objective is to see if the fat layer under an animal's skin keeps it warm, acting as an insulator... hand-on experiments, a science fair project, metric conversions, the scientific method and a glossary..."
