Architecture Sourcebook by Russell Sturgis covers a wide range of mostly European architecture. Not sure about specifically German buildings from the 20th century.

Are there books more specific to the first half of the 1900's? European aswell?
Are you looking for books that must contain blueprints (floorplans), as well as elevations? Asking because a book only containing elevations or outside images of the building might be oriented more towards a lay reader, while books with blueprints/floorplans would probably be oriented toward architects/designers/engineers.

All I Require is the sides of the outside, anything else is just extra although it won't bother me much.
Also try Amazon, search on German 20th century architecture; if you're lucky the descriptions will tell you how many photos there are, or you can look inside.

An example would be about German buildings from the 20th century where it would show sides and top of the outside of some common buildings. Anything like this available?
