so... I went to a violinist prodigy's recital today. She was amazing.

I remember when she was little, and we both had group class together, and I remember when I switched teachers and we were taking from the same teachers...

But her family is rich.

So she got to go to a better teacher, and she has an awesome violin and bow... and then she advanced really really fast....

which makes you think, what if I had been going to a better teacher all these years?

I have a teacher who is known for holding her students back way too long.
