QP: Part One: Ch 1: Silent in the Boat

What's going on?
What new and interesting characters do we meet here?

Lorraine Mockford | 8 comments This is one of my favourite of the Lymond books. You really get to know the characters and meet some significant players.
Keep an eye out for Archie Abernathy and Oonagh O'Dwyer.

And *that* rooftop scene. Always one of my favourites.

Elephants and dogs and Irishmen, oh my. Some fabulous "set pieces" including the rooftop race...and robin Stewart.
