I'm posting a question for Richie this week due to a personal situation he has going on this week.

Describe a "performance" issue that exists within your group that may actually be a training issue. Identify the phase of competency, which training trigger you believe applies to the situation, the person's listening style and your communication style, and how you will apply the training model to the situation. Use an alias for the person, but we will probably know who it is anyway.
