She smiled and headed towards the camp entrance. She waves all her friends goodbye and then stepped through with Castiel. "I hope we don't die in this quest." She laughed.

"Yeah, that would be nice. Not dying is a definite goal for us this time." He said, with a wry smile. He really did not fancy another trip to the underworld.
She turned him to him."let's do this,shall we?" She smiled. "We're pretty heroic though aren't we? Who would've thought the guy I fell out of the bus would be the one who brought me back from the dead." She laughed and kissed him. "Actually I did."
At this he smiled remembering how they had jumped out of the bus together the first time they had met. "Alright, the van to the city is ready, and hopefully this time we don't have to jump out of its windows. After that, we'll get to the coast somehow, get a boat and then start our journey." He said, laying out the basics of the plan, hoping that would be alright for now.
"Jumping out of windows is fun though." She laughed and nodded."plan seems great." She said. "So where do we head out from camp?"
"Bottom of halfblood hill. We'll catch a train to Florida, and find a boat to take into the sea of monsters." He replied, sounding confident in his plan to get there. "Van is waiting, are we ready to go?"
"Yup ready as ever." She smiled as they headed to the van that would take them to Florida and from there,there real adventure would begin.
As they loaded the van, he noticed that the campers were at the top of the hill, waving as they left. It was a sad sight and Castiel wondered if he'd ever see it again. The van sped off down the old country road towards the city, towards danger.
She lay her head on his shoulder and fell asleep,not having slept at all the entire night,might as well fulfil her sleep.
The ride into the city was uneventful, and selene fell asleep. When they got closer, he leaned forward and looked out at the suburbs of New York. It was a busy day as usual, people rushing about and talking on phones. He nudged Selene awake and told her they were close.
She woke up and it took her a while to register what was going on. She rubbed her eyes and looked out. "Oh we're almost there!" She exclaimed.
(Haha, what group is it?)"Yeah, we'll grab a train ticket real quick at the station and then we'll get outta here. I hate the city, too many monsters." He said edgily.
((It's a random group in which everyone is insane. XD ))"Newyork the centre of monsters of all kinds." She laughed. "Yeah yours right let's get out of here as soon as possible. I don't wanna stay here any longer than i have to."
They made it to the train station and got their tickets, when they were told to board, they were the last ones on. "Alright, looks good to me, but my sword is around my neck and I packed a dagger if things get dicey." He said to her as they took their seats, a few people heard a snippet of his conversation and shot him weird looks.
She saw the people and kinda gave them a glare then turned back to him. "That's perfect. I have my arrows with me as well,as always. And I've got the best medicine for any emergency."
"Perfect, our next stop is in Charleston where we'll switch trains and head to Florida. We have a while before we disembark." He said settling down for a nap, putting his arm around Selene.
She smiled and snuggled closer to him."I'm still so sleepy." She yawned and put her head on his shoulder and fell asleep.
Castiel slept for an hour and woke up, Selene still in his arms, looking cute as a button. He smiled to himself and looked around the train car. There were only a few people, a man in a trench coat and a fedora was sitting at the opposite end of the car. Castiel couldn't see his eyes, so he figured the guy was napping. Everything looked ok, and they still had a 4 hour train ride to reach Charleston.
Selene mumbles in her sleep and snuggled into Castiel more. She hugged him and smiled in her sleep, dreaming about a happy ending, where they wouldn't have to fear death all the time and could finally live a simpler life.
He sat there, looking out the window and from the corner of his eyes he saw the man in the trench coat tilt his head revealing a glowing green eye. What? Had he seen that right? Just as quickly the man shifted, seeming to go back to sleep. He had a plan. He woke Selene gently and explained, "Selene, I'm gonna go to the bathroom, if that guy in the back follows me, I want you to stab him in the back or something. But do it stealthily, we still want to ride this train all the way there."
She nodded suddenly alert. She eyed the man and then saw him get up. She kept watching him. Then ever so slowly he started making his ways to the bathrooms. She got up and slowly creeped up on him. Sure enough her necklace started glowing. She reached for her dagger and she had stabbed him in the back just as he had turned around. She watched as his body slowly disintegrated and she sighed in relief.
Castiel returned to Selene, saying, "Nice! Thanks Selene, wonderful job love. I have no idea what that monster was though, I only saw a green eye. Man, that went more smoothly than almost any monster I've had to kill ever. Guess we're just lucky. Well, we have 2 hours till Charleston, so we can take it easy and relax a little bit." He told her as they went back to their seats.
She smiled and once she sat on her seat, she tucked her legs under her and snuggled with castiel. "I just want to keep cuddling with you for as long as possible before doomsday." She smiled sadly.
"Don't worry baby, I'll make sure to snuggle you plenty throughout the quest, whenever we have time." Castiel replied lightheartedly, tickling lightly, just enough to earn a light round of giggles from Selene which made him smile. He loved her laugh, and it made his day. He put in an earbud and listened to danger zone as they zoomed toward their destination.
She smiled and took one of his earbuds and listened along with him. Tartarus could be defeated she reminded herself. There was nothing in this world that couldn't be defeated. It would be highly difficult and dangerous but danger wasn't a new thing for them.
When they pulled into the station, him and Selene were the last ones off, examining the area for any signs of monsters. The run in on the train had almost seemed too easy to Castiel, but they saw nothing. They went to the ticket booth and bought their tickets for the next train. It would be two hours before they left again for Florida.
"I really hate these long train rides." She sighed."I mean they can be fun but they're really boring." She sat down on a bench and took out a book containing facts about Tartarus which she had found back in the library at camp.
"Wanna read me some stuff from that book? I could use some knowledge of the thing were supposed to defeat." Said castiel. She agreed and read him some facts, and he listened intently.
After she was done she believed they had a bit more knowledge and this would definitely come in handy later. She looked at Castiel, "what are you thinking about love?"
"Me? Oh you know, pancakes, waffles, various breakfast foods, and how I'm going to keep us both alive this time. That last one has come up in my mind quite a bit." He replied.
"We'll manage cas.."She said softly comforting him. "I mean we can do it and believe me we will." She kissed his cheek and held his hand while stroking it lovingly and soothingly. "We'll make it through."
He smiled, feeling better hearing her tell him that. "Yes, I know. I just worry, I mean-" but he stopped talking. He had been looking around the station and noticed a group of men in trench coats like the one on the train. They were looking around, obviously looking for some one. "Oh god, uh... we need to hide our faces now." He said looking around. That's when he got an idea, "quick, make out with me." He said, taking her by surprise with a kiss, hiding their faces.
