I'm looking for the title of a book I read the synopsis of but forgot to add to my to-read list. It's set in Japan, about a Japanese man who drives around white tourists to nightlife spots that they wouldn't get entry to without having a local take them. The man starts driving a white, obese American man. The driver suspects that the American is a serial killer murdering local girls.

I saw it here on Goodreads a couple of weeks ago. It was literary fiction. I believe a Japanese, male author. A cover with reds/maroons on it. It was crime/literary fiction.
