How are the 24h for the librarian limit defined?

Is it 3000 edits in the last 24h or is it based on a day "from 0 to 23:59" and if that, which timezone (my day or US day)?

As the limit hits me the 2nd time in the last few days I'm thinking about placing the NABs strategically better (if that's possible)

This calender nabing wastes too much edits unfortunately *sigh*.

Midnight to midnight, and it's based on Goodreads Standard Time, aka Pacific Time.

and well ... it's still a long wait until your day is over - time to go to bed I think. (just midnight here)

In the future nabing will happen before I go to bed, not after I go up. That should be better then.
