I read this book between 2014-2017. She's a clerk in a realtor's office. Her boss sends her to check on a house that has been rented before the client arrives. She can't get in, so she breaks in through the window. He's already there and catches her breaking in. He's a musician trying to stay incognito. She doesn't recognize him because she's avoiding the internet due to unfortunate Youtube fame from an ex boyfriend posting a video about her dumping him. The book takes place somewhere in the southeastern US, maybe Florida. I can remember almost the whole plot, but cannot recall the title, author, character names, or cover. Can anyone help please? It's driving me crazy.
