Add new book

Hi, I would like to add a book but don't know what's the best way so therefore my request for you to add it. It's a Dutch book (translation), special edition by Van Duuren & Van der Linden B.V. Uitgevers Schoorl, produced especially for Dubbeldrank in 1988 (499 pages). It consist of 2 stories, both by Heinz G. Konsalik:

1. Waar de Palmen Ruisen
Original Title: Das Mädchen und der Zauberer
Translation: Miep Rijsbergen
© 1984 by Autor en AVA, München

2. Terugkeer naar Angela
Original title: Mein Pferd und ich
Translation: David van Rossum
© 1973 by Autor en AVA, München

There is a listing on Worldcat for this book: http://www.worldcat.org/title/waar-de... although they have publisher "De Boekerij" instead of "Van Duuren & Van der Linden".
