i read this book some time in 2015.
guy and gal live together. they are great friends. he is about to get married. before the wedding, the two friends have sex. he flips out and shuns her with the exception of wedding related things, and with that he is still sort of cold with her. gal finds out she is pregnant. guy finds out his wife is pregnant, gal hears about it over a family & friends dinner at a restaurant. gal keeps her pregnancy a secret. wife pretends to have a miscarriage. i believe the guy finds out that the pregnancy is fake and divorces her. guy and gal show up to a mutual party or wedding, only for gal's water to break and guy to find out that she was hiding a pregnancy from him.
