Thought it would be adorably hilarious if they turn out to be imprisoned in Nanba prison a year after he is. IDK, thought it would be cool and interesting so if anyone is willing, there it is.

-Rin Kaga- Usgai Drop fc for the 6 year old sister (it's likely she is only half related to the brothers)
-Brother was doing crime in secret from his brother (but influenced by his brother)
-sister joined after Shem was put into prison
-both have high intelligence, (brother low sanity), and an 'inhuman' ability
-they both run a big crime ring in aims of getting caught and being with his brother (they just all have a family complex)

I wana make the chick with the giant arms a prisoner who had been kidnapped at a young age and exspiramented on to get those huge arms (The exspiraments made her a mindless beast but after capture gained sentience back, but I wouldn't mind some other super smart prisoner to take control over her again.), while the other girl in the last picture is her sister and the level ten guard and the two figure out they're related and blah blah blah
Only problem is is that they have beach ball sized boobs.

Getting them to initially meet would be the only issue.
Kinda like the whole thing the family is rich and invested in a lot of upcoming projects, but they denied some scientist guy there funds so in revenge he steals one of their daughters, but the family doesn't end up paying so he dies test on her instead resulting in his mibdless girl with big, giant, huge.... arms! While this sister not captured grows a large sense of justice and uses her family's money to invest in Nanba prison, but she also joins as a guard because of her justic complex and turns out to be really strong.

He'll basically need someone to dote on him, mother the heck out of him while still wanting him to try to do things so they push him a bit but in the end helps him out anyway cause he's really incompetent.

Yes he is xD His ability is a sort of 'mind control' (which I thought was perfect) but it's really just persuasion. It took the warden to take him out and he's already on plan to free the prisoners to basically turn the world red.
Thus, the initial meeting will need to be contemplated.
He'll wana talk to Zilla then. She has a history of causing prison riots.Also that guard sister is soooo gonna try to bone Ta-kun
