Mickey has good relationships with his two ex-wives. Why do you think they're so loyal to him?

Robin (robinmy) | 1214 comments I think his first ex-wife (Maggie) sees him as a decent guy and a good father. I don't remember if the book told us exactly why they split. If it did I don't remember.

Mickey married his second wife (Lorna) on the rebound. It sounds like they figured out they were better off as friends.

I think Mickey is still in love with Maggie. I'll be interested to see if he tries to get back together with her.

The couldn't reconcile being on opposite sides of the legal system. It was more of Maggie's inability to accept that Mickey defends criminals.

I agree that Mickey and Maggie are still in love. However, if they are going to get back together, she will have to accept who he is.

Robin (robinmy) | 1214 comments I do think it would be very hard to be on the opposite ends of the legal spectrum.

Neither one of those women appears to have divorced him because they didn't like him. I loved that they're loyal to him.
