Well, we do want to have a rather good Guard to prisoner ratio. Though, There will be less guards than prisoners. So for the time being I believe we will have one head guard, eight normal guards. Increase or decrease that number based on level of prisoners in each block.

Is there a request list for the guards on the OUTSIDE of the prison? Like, those on the walls, in the towers, or in boats, taking rounds in the water? If so, I'd like to request that Talia Bambi Aquilo get one of those spots. If not, I'll just mark her as such without her being on this guard list

I believe that would just fall under the general staff since they're more of the security division than specific building inmate management. Mainly, there isn't really a restriction on those types of guards so it wouldn't be necessary to request them ^^
