SOLVED: Adult Fiction > SOLVED. Paranormal Detective Romance staff are made up of mostly paranormals. The few scenes I do remember is that she has oral sex with a newbie to the department because apparently sexual energy is a thing(?) yet he is quite shy about it.

L Kazi (lkazi) | 12 comments Hey guys, I can't really remember much of this book so thanks for any help; I read it about 5 years back as an ebook.

The female lead works at some kind of paranormal police department- I think it was called PPD/PPI etc, and the staff are made up of mostly paranormals. The few scenes I do remember is that she has oral sex with a newbie to the department because apparently sexual energy is a thing(?) yet he is quite shy about it. I think she also, at some point, has sex with her partner who is able to morph his body at will and grows a second penis during the sex.

I may be wrong, but I believe the male lead was neither of these gentlemen, but is instead fae(?) resulting in them making their way through some caves into the fae realm at some point in the novel.

Thanks a mil!

Heather | 183 comments It wouldn't be the Merry Gentry series by Laurell K. Hamilton, would it? I haven't read the series, but Merry is fae, and a detective.
