The page count for the current audible title narrated by Trevor Noan (ISBN B01IW9TM5O) is 9 pages. That seems incredibly small. Can the pages be changed to reflect something more in line with the print edition? As a reader who keeps up with page counts and who counts audio books as "pages read" it is very frustrating that it's only considered 9 pages long.

No. We follow the same rules for all books to unify the database, otherwise we will have people constantly changing page count to fit their view of how things should be done. From the manual: For audio books, the number of hours rounded up should be used in lieu of number of pages, when that information is known.
You're welcome. What I can suggest is that you shelve a duplicate edition (a paperback) with the page count that you require.
Not sure why I didn't think of that before. Sorry
