One book, two ISBNs

I'm adding a new edition, Scholastic. The ISBN listed on the back and on the copyright page are different. On the back it's 9781338037654, on the copyright page it's listed as 9780545948890.
I did a search and found one topic on this issue. Should I use the one on the copyright page instead?

This is for Serafina and the Black Cloak #1.

Like the other thread mentioned, I think it's best to add both. I'd also add a librarian note noting the issue.
