Sarah | 69 comments It looks like my book was not merged but deleted from the system. Although I see it when I do a search for it, when I click the link goes to an error page.
Also I still see it on my dashboard.

Your Kindle edition is still there: All-In
It was merged with the (non-Kindle) eBook—now gone.
So everything is in order.

Sarah | 69 comments Okay, so this is my problem. When I click on the link from anywhere (my dashboard, the search books feature, my author page, the GRs app) I get an error message on a white screen. But only for the book All-In. My other books I can see just fine. When I logged out of my account and looked for it as a guest, I found it and was able to pull up the page and see the book just fine.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

Codex | 3400 comments #8 / #9: I just tested the book link in my earlier reply (message #7) and it is working fine for me.

When I copy that book link and paste it into the browser address bar, this is the literal URL:

[➜ The “link” above is NOT a real link—it goes nowhere. ]

As you can see, there is no correspondence between the supposed link information in your error message (re: #7) and the URL above. It would appear that your browser is not processing the book link properly.

Sarah | 69 comments I will contact support. I don't think it's a browser issue because I can see the book page when I log out of my account and log back in as a guest. I tried on both edge and chrome browsers with no luck. The link you supplied in #7 still does not work for me. It's just really strange. I'm not sure what happened.

I thank you for all your help. I know I probably drove you batty tonight and for that I'm sorry.
