Okay so I am having a hard time remembering the Author/ Title of this (fiction, maybe romance?) book I never finished reading while I was in high school. It's basically a novel set in like mid 2000's about this woman who one day wakes up in the hospital after I think a car crash, or some traumatic event, and she doesn't remember the last two to three years of her life. She finds out she has a gorgeous fiancé (maybe husband?), that's super wealthy and she has this amazing life full of luxury with clothes she would've never dreamed she could afford. Like, she even looks better than what she remembered. She has no idea who her new posh friends are, because she obviously doesn't remember meeting them, she's even surprised she could have anything in common with her new girlfriends as they are very shallow and not typically people she would've befriended in the past. She tries to ask for her old friends thinking they are still in her life but finds out they are no longer friends. She's surprised because the last she remembers she shared a flat with one of them, (she was very fun and they were very close and would always drink cheap wine or whatever) when she finally tracks her down she's very standoff-ish as if the protagonist did something to her that ended the friendship. I think it was located in London, the protagonist in the future is the boss of a big company , and in her past life she had gone through a breakup that had left her heartbroken Okay, so that's basically all I remember. BTW is definitely not The Vow.
