     Not really. But I don't really want to question it since Japanese people tend to be Buddhist so I would assume they know their own religion better than me :P

 True, but it makes me look really hypocritical when I scold other religious people for not following their religion properly when I don't even do that myself. And Buddhists aren't supposed to be hypocritical.

     Christians aren't supposed to be violent and hateful, yet there are people who gun down men, women in children in the name of God for being gay or black or Muslim.

And it is through knowledge, compassion and understanding, working together that we overcome our primal nature.
