so the girls talk about their periods in front of you?! Sorry but I'm so embarrassed to talk about it to guys I know, or see in public. I whisper lol. Maybe it's different here? Guys in my class joke about girls being on their monthly cycle when they are upset or stuff so if they knew I wasn't even ON my period, I would always be joked at. Anyways since it's all girls maybe that would be hard because technically 99.9% of my girl friends talk about boys and their crushes and ya da ya ya so, maybe talk about favourite movies?

I don't really care if they do. A few times one has looked at me and said "Sorry Hunter" and I just kinda shrugged. It's really not a big deal. I'm not just going to be like "Soooo...what are your favorite movies". That could come across as creepy or trying to flirt and I don't want them to think that >.<

Yeah but your body language will totally show if you're flirting or trying to be friends. Guys who are flirting do different things to guys who want to be friends with you, since guys who are flirting look deeply into your eyes, and etc whilst guys who want to be friends give you high-fives and stuff. but you should! It doesn't sound creepy! If someone asked me that, I wouldn't of found it flirting at all obviously! lol

Well they get snippy with me and act frustrated sometimes. ANd it can't be because they're in a bad mood because they act super friendly with others in the class.

I'm just being honest. Besides, it's not like you're actually trying to make friends with them. You always give reasons for why other peoples' suggestions wouldn't work without even trying them out.
I'm just being logical. I'm sorry for being so annoying...I always knew I was irritating.... *Sighs* I don't know if I want to keep this journal anymore. I think it was a bad idea.
Then maybe you should try listening to your heart more than your head. You should keep this journal, at least people are actually caring about your problems.

I was thinking about that fanfic I wrote a while back that was modeled after a doujin in one of my fandoms I LOVED where all the characters work at a restaurant, and I thought it was funny so I wrote a fanfic that had a similar structure but all the characters worked in a daycare/community center instead and at first I was really super proud of it but then I realized it'll never be as funny as the original doujin, and I wanted to add to it and continue the story but I obviously stopped since I didn't think it was funny. And then when I was telling Mom a scene in the doujin, she said it was hilarious and thought I wrote it since it was my type of humor and I felt even more depressed because I wanted my fanfic to be funny like that.
I mean, think of a bunch of fandom characters working at a daycare together. Does that sound funny at all? Nope.

What is a doujin? I have never heard that word before.
A doujin is a manga done by a fan of a series. They are usually sexual and focus on a certain ship, but not always. Sometimes they're just random goofy stories about characters, or they're really sad, or sometimes they expand on a series' backstory, etc. Well the jokes in mine focused on the fact that I put a lot of ill-tempered, grouchy characters as daycare employees and having to work with kids, despite being obviously unsuited for the job.

That's a good way of putting it, yes. Some doujin even get licensed and become 'official' doujins. Like one character in the show basically only does stuff her old Captain tells her to do, and is a really grumpy and bitter in spite of that. Since she owns the daycare in my fanfic, the girl works for her and only because of that. There's a scene where she has to play soccer with some kids and when they ask nicely to play kickball with the other nicer counselor, she gets offended and says dreams exist in life to get crushed and knocks them over with a soccer ball.
