Hi All! I'm looking for reviewers of my short story, called 'The Formality of Mr Hyde', on Amazon, Goodreads, and hopefully Barnes & Noble. It's a very short story, so it won't take long to read. I'm looking for feedback on the suspense that I (hopefully) build in the story, as I'm writing a slightly longer horror, and want to know where I can improve. You can contact me with my email for a .word document of the manuscript here: angus121@btinternet.com
Here's the description: The mind oft resents apology to hide behind the shield of pride, to cower and clutch the clothes of stoic recalcitrance, like a child would it's mother's fabric. However, for David Roster, stubbornness led him nowhere but to debt, and a hole blackened by misdeed. Now he goes to the Rocky Mountains, in search of forgiveness; but life has other plans for him, and the formality of Mr Hyde casts open a door to reveal a new light for David' troubled soul.
