I think she had a bit of both going on. While she may have wanted to play team, she didn't work very hard at it.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 849 comments She was definitely not a team player when she teamed up with a civilian. that was a very big no-no. But, no one on her "team" took her seriously. She was really going solo investigating.
