"I enjoy cooking, even if I'm horrible about it, studying, and trying to solve puzzles..More specifically, math puzzles." Ryo replied, feeling like a nerd. She didn't give much thought into what she liked, so it took her a minute to respond to her.
"That's cool," Ash said in response as she gave her a smile. With her answer next Ryo's she couldn't help but feel inferior in intelligence- while she was off doing some creepy fanart, Ryo would be working on improving her knowledge. It wasn't as if Ash weren't completely dumb; it was just that she didn't spend her free time thinking about... well, thinking.
"What types of things do you draw? I also photoshop things from time to time as well." Ryo said, not wanting to sound like all she cared about was her education, or improving her knowledge. She did care, but her hobbies weren't just that.
Now her interest was piqued. "I... it depends. Sometimes I do characters from books or people if they ask, and sometimes landscapes," she answered with a small blush. "What do you do in photoshop? I've tried editing on the computer before, but I failed so I stopped," she added with a laugh.
"Interesting. Maybe I could see one of your drawings sometime?" Ryo asked her, and then smiled at her latter statement. "I just mess around with pictures I find online for fun," She started. "Sometimes I layer things and add filters, it really depends on what I feel like doing at the time."
"Well, I'd love to see some of your edits, if that's okay with you," she told her happily as she pulled a worn out black notebook from her stack of binders. She'd affectionately dubbed it the "Death Note" in honor of one of her favorite shows, and it was visible on the title, as she had written the words on the cover in white lettering. "I have some of my drawings in here," Ash said with a smile and light blush. She'd never really showed many of her drawings to people, so this would be a new experience for her.
