Minho, Teresa, Brenda or Newt? Worst to best in order, and why.

Teresa, Newt, Brenda and lastly Minho.
Teresa is a betrayer, Newt is a crazy crank (though I liked him at the start), Brenda is a bit weird, and I love Minho. He is AWESOME!!!

Worst to best?
WORST: Teresa. COW!
Then Minho, just because I never really liked him as much as the others.
Then Brenda, because I love her.
BEST: Newt. Who the hell else??????? Newt is the best out of them ALL. I am still emotionally damaged because of what happened to him. It's been like 5 years since I've read the book and I'm still not over it.

Brenda, Teresa, Minho, Newt.
I never reall got Brenda, she just sort of appeared. She really annoyes me for some reason. Teresa is a traitor so I don't really like her but she was Ok in the first book. I like Minho the best, but in reality, he was impulsive and hot tempered, but still he was a great leader and my favorite character. Newt was of course very likeable but sort of boring. He was more of a sidekick than Minho and yet he was always there when Thomas needed him.

Guys you have to understand Teresa had to do what she had to do. It was desperation no I haven’t looked at the last book yet so I don’t know my feelings about her in that way BUT I know that I hate Brenda from the moment I heard her name I was like, NO. Don’t don’t like how she’s so clingy. In a situation that she was in I don’t know why it was her first priority to go and flirt with Thomas. I personally don’t like that that the writers first choice was to go and make her love interest because I Think that it would’ve been way better and I would’ve like to write better if she wasn’t. I also really didn’t like that they are going to end up together, keep in mind I haven’t read the last book but I did spoil it for myself. I always will stand for Teresa just because what she did was out of desperation and she kind of had to do it. If I was in that situation and they were going to kill me if I didn’t do one thing and And this thing that I was going to do would keep both people alive if done properly, then I’ll do it. And it really hurts me that Thomas didn’t forgive her and I really hate that Brenda was there just for a disposable love interest but I guess they ended up together. Which honestly what is love anymore. I don’t like it I really hate Brenda. Not only to mention she was rude to in my perspective was everybody except Thomas when she was flirting with him. It also disappoints me so much that the people in this comment section don’t have any perspective at all. And honestly I’m gonna tell this to you right now it’s not OK to body shame I’ve seen a couple couple comments body shaming Theresa and honestly you are literally the scum of the earth. Even if that’s a fictional character there’s still an actor for the movies that plays her, so rude. that promotes body shaming. Go to list it would be Brenda, Teresa, Minho, and newt. Newt being the best and Brenda of being the worst. I’d like to also mention that the writer could’ve made Brenda so much better if he added more to the character instead of being his love interest which was totally out of pocket.

I HATE Teresa and I didn't like Brenda. Newt and Minho was hard to choose but, I mean, Newt is awesome. I never liked Teresa because of all her WICKED is GOOD crap and Brenda was just irritating.

I HATE HATE HATE HATE both Teresa and Brenda for some reason. I feel like Thomas’ mother since I am judging his relationships but like... you can do better than this man! First a backstabber and then this weird Brenda girl who is all the way too in love with you... I LOVE LOVE LOVE both Newt and Minho. I don’t think I need explanation there...

okay, my reasoning is:
4. teresa - i mean she had her good moments and at some points i nearly believed that she was doing the right thing before she betrayed thomas again - but i genuinely think that she believed that she was doing the right thing because of all the WCKD brainwashing
3. brenda - she is so badass and just a whole lot cooler than teresa as far as the female characters go but i think i didn't connect to her chcracter as much as the original gladers - nothing against her character though, she's cool as hell and has an actual moral compass (unlike teresa)
2. minho - okay, when i first read book 1 i didn't really vibe with his character but he's built up so well and by the end of death cure, i was so attached to him. he's a loyal and kind friend, passionate about finding solutions as well as being a really well rounded character. i think the turning point for me was the moment where he absolutely refuses to let newt go - it showed his more emotional side and i loved it.
1. newt - oh my GOD where do i start, i think newt is my favourite character in the history of all the books i've read, let alone within the series. he's just the most genuine character (strange to say because he is, well, a character) and i think his qualities really define his well earned position as fan favourite. he's loyal, kind, caring, compassionate and has the best one liners in the whole series. he’s very hardworking, if he has something he needs to do he’ll do it without complaining. he’s funny, he uses sarcasm to kind of hide behind while also carrying off really humorous one liners. he’s a really loyal friend, he’s been through thick and thin with his friends and he continues to trust them and follow them loyally. he’s smart, he’s really quick witted and can strategise really well. he’s level headed, he’s always calm and collected when faced with problems. he’s selfless and is wiling to risk his life for the sake of other people. i share some of the same qualities as newt, being a fellow britand all. the biggest one is that we both use sarcasm as a defense mechanism as we both suffer from mental health issues. i think he’s a lot more selfless than i am. he’s really determined and i lack that sense of empowerment a lot. he’s also willing to blindly follow those he’s close to, which is something i struggle with. i formed a real attachment to the way his character is portrayed as i felt like i could relate to him on a deeper level. i enjoy the way he’s portrayed because i feel as though it exaggerates certain qualities that are heavily desired and it also symbolises a strong friendship bond which is something that i think every human craves.

1)The worst is Teresa, i dont hate her, before reading the book i got spoilers and i thought that she was worst, but now that i read it, idk, its x to me, but im glad that she's dead, because she would be so jeaously of brenda and thomas that would ruind many moments of happiness.

Minho is great. He really is - especially in the first book. He's the best character in that one.

Teresa: I never really trusted her after scorch trials and even though she claims to regret what she did I personally think that she was extremely emotionally manipulative and I also hated her in fever code and I feel like she was not herself in maze runner and death cure and we only saw her true colours when she was acting spiteful.
Brenda: I thought that Brenda was really badass and was the perfect female character in a series where the majority of the characters where male. I think that it was really refreshing to have a female character who wasn't the 'damsel in distress' and in many situations the gladers relayed on her skills to help them though the scorch.
Minho: I thought that Minho was hilariously sarcastic and much needed in a sometimes very sad book to provide the comic relief throughout the series. I also believe that he played a vital role in the storyline and was by far the funniest character.
Newt: In my opinion Newt was the best character by far as he was a very caring sweet character who like Minho played a vital role in the story. I believe that even though his death was heart breaking I feel ashamed to say that it was necessary. Although his death wasn't the first(or last) death in the book I think that it was the most distressing and disheartening as he was a character who made it out of the glade and the scorch but didn't quite survive until the end of the first three books. I think that it really helped to paint the picture of the world the characters lived in. It also helped to portray the emotional trauma caused by W.I.C.K.E.D and it was in my opinion the most painful death for the characters and also the reader.

I would have to say Brenda, Teresa, Minho, and then Newt. Brenda is my least favorite because I always though she was annoying and I didn't like her character.
