This is the Cafeteria, although unlike most schools, Ouran Academy has hundreds of gourmet meals to choose from. Every single kind of food you could imagine.

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments Kiba rushed into the room hoping he had come by with enough time to prepare for his next session. This was going to be his first season unsupervised and as the club had yet to come up with a good routine for him to to do. He had decided that he was going to try and use his nerd status and his knowledge on prehistoric life as part of his routine. So going to the back closet, he carefully pulled out some fossils that the club and ordered for him and began to set them around the table.

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Hey Masai," he said smiling over as he went from table to table setting everything up.

message 4: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Yep today is my first session alone with the girls," he said as he struggled to lift on particularly heavy skull.

message 5: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "You really think so," he asked as he set the skull down.

message 6: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Even if that handsome nerd has a glass eye," he asked with eyes downcast.

message 7: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Thanks," he said giving her a smile as he pulled out the last fossil. A raptor skeleton, and set it on the middle of the room. Before wiping his brow and sitting down.

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments ((Okay I am guessing neither of us have a guest character who can come in.))

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments ((So does one of us want to play the girls who come in or do we want to ask around for a guest character.))

message 10: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments ((Okay do you want to do that?))

message 11: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Hey when you finish eating would you mind helping out with this," he asked wiping his brow from the sweat.

message 12: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Okay just control traffic and make sure that no one breaks anything," he said before going up and greeting the."Hey Ladies, ready for the tour?"

message 13: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "No don't get to close, these guys might have been big and tough in life, but now they're just fragile rocks," he said quickly getting up before they broke anything.

message 14: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Alright with that said shall we begin the tour," he asked sweetly tipping his cap and trying to act like he didn't almost have a heart attack when the touched the fossils.

message 15: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Okay over here we have a skeleton of a Eoraptor one of the first dinosaurs," he said as he started leading them around the room."Now if you have any questions during the tour please just raise your hand and ask."

message 16: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal hurried into the room. She didn't know much about this particular tour that was going on but she personally have fascination for dinosaurs, unfortunately she was running late today she hurried and then slow her pace is she drew near the crowd. She tried to linger at the back but then really couldn't see what was going on so forcing herself to be less shy she started moving forward so she could see better. Adjusting her glasses.

message 17: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Okay then if no one has any questions least move on the next exhibit," he said leading them to the next collection of bones.

message 18: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal was a little red in the face both from hurrying and being noticed as being late which was worse than actually being laid it self. She tried to keep a smile on her lips so she look pleasant and not at all terrified like she felt and move Don following the group to the next set of bones and fossils

message 19: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Over here we have one of my personal favorites. The skull of a carnotaurus. Name meaning meat eating bull. Fitting considering the horns which were probably used in jousts for females. However what this skull doesn't tell us and what the leg and tail bones tell us. Is that this was the cheetah of his day. Able to chase down prey at the speed of a thoroughbred racehorse," he said continuing the tour.

message 20: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal tilted her head and she looked at the school, couldn't help looking a bit astonished to hear that something like this was incredibly fast. However something he said truly threw her outside of focusing. "Fighting over females?" She mumbled to herself. She should've been surprised it was the most typical animalistic thing to do. Then again didn't humans do that too? She lingered a moment longer on the school before hurrying to follow the rest, having let her mind wander and carry out some Imaginator scenario with the two ancient creatures fighting each other over a female version.

message 21: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Now here we have a complete skeleton of a smilidon, the famous saber tooth cat. Now one would naturally imagine this guy pouncing of his prey like today's big cats. However with a stocky bear like body, this guy took down prey more like a wrestler. Tackling them before severing their jugulars with his huge fangs."

message 22: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal inched closer so she could see the tiger. In her mind she saw this giant Normas cat pouncing from Mountain to take down a mammoth. But then hearing what he said she shook her head and looked at the skeleton again. This time she imagined the cat acting a bit more like a bear rising up on its back legs and swatting at its enemy then using its massive wait to fall on the enemy wrestling it and finally killing it. "Cool..." she murmured. Of course with her active imagination everything was always a little bit more enjoyable.

message 23: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Now here we have the tooth of a megalodon. Now all those who are afraid of sharks better cover your ears. As this sixty foot titan puts the monster from jaws to shame. Taking out whales in the same way that modern great whites take out seals," he continued beaming with pride as he saw that had his audience completely fascinated in what he was saying.

message 24: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal did not move the group to look at the giant sea creature instead she stayed in her daydream looking at the sabertooth tigers structure and imagining it more in depth. She wished she could see what it really look like, what color was it's for, what size. Could they be friendly? I wore they completely wild and vicious in capable of being able to live in harmony with any other creature?

message 25: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Now here we have a meganaria, a type of dragonfly. Only this guy was the size of a hawk and flew over the carbonferous. The same forests that fuel our homes today in the form of coal," he continued. "Now we are at the halfway point of our tour. So if anyone has any questions please raise your hand and I will try to answer them to the best if my ability."

message 26: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal reddened as the girl basically called her out for not keeping up with the group. She wish that she would've just been not noticed however I'm Berriste sing, she hurried over that was happy to learn about the sort of dragonfly like bird thing. when he asked for questions normally she would've remained silent but curiosity got the better of her. So she left her hand. "Is there anyway to tell if any of these had any unique talents? Such as breathing fire." Of course her mind immediately went to the fantasy part of it was hard for her to believe that all of the different mythology all over the world about dragons flying and breathing fire could possibly be a true myth.

message 27: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Well I highly doubt it, such a adaptation would require a lot of things that simply doesn't preserve in fossils. The closes I can think of a creature that uses fire as a weapon. Is a type of beetle that uses boiling chemical to ward of predators. But who knows maybe someday we'll find evidence of a fire breathing creature like the dragons of legend," he answered.

message 28: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal blushed slightly very relieved that no one made fun of her. She wondered if I had been a silly question but people seem to be genuinely interested so she managed a small smile glad that he is been given example of a beetle that could shoot fire of sorts she had to mitt that she didn't like bugs that was pretty fascinating and terrifying she assumed that creature was extinct otherwise she might have nightmares later. She decided not to ask anymore questions though stepping out that much was already enough to make her heart pound like crazy

message 29: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments He gave a kind smile at the girl happy to see that someone was interested enough to ask a question. Even if the question itself was a bit bit outlandish. "Now the next few are a real treat so please ask questions you have then we'll be on our way."

message 30: by Kimberly (last edited Apr 16, 2017 09:18AM) (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal had gone to zoning out again looking at the dragonfly imagining a giant dragonfly the size of a hawk. You can help give a shutter it was still a bug, she didn't like bugs. So instead she reshape the way her mind received it and give feathers or didn't look gross. The image she came up with was much more interesting

message 31: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Now you Game of thrones fans will love this, this guy is a dire wolf. Not as large or as magical as their fantasy counterparts. But fearsome beasts in their own right. Able to take own large ice age prey and compete with the saber tooth who share their hunting grounds with," He said.

message 32: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal heard the word wolf and couldn't have been more excited. She loved all sorts of dogs. And the walls though very dangerous or what she considered the most majestic powerful and interesting of all the animal kingdom. It was strange though as she looked at the remains she couldn't help feeling sad. I wish I had been a long time that this creature of been dead but I thought of that dog upset her

message 33: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Now here is a skull of a Irritator a relative of spinosaurus and there's a funny story behind that name. Basically, the Brazilian native tried to make the skull larger than it actually was and sent it off to a group of paleontologist. They found out and got so annoyed at this scam that they named the creature out of their irritation," he continued with a bit of a chuckle.

message 34: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Kim frowned when she heard that the next dinosaur had been named out of someone's annoyance. That was exactly fair to the creature, didn't he deserve a better name than that? She shook her head and looked at it thinking. What name would she have given it? "why did they get to decide what these things are called?" She mumbled it to her self not really asking the question publicly, just didn't seem right that they had the choice of what they would be named.

message 35: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Now from the irritating to the down right cute. Here we have sinosauroptyx, one the first dinosaurs to be discovered with feathers. Showcasing that dinosaurs shared a close relationship to birds. Better yet in recent years paleontologist have been looking over this cute little guys fluffy body and found microscopic pigment and using their shape. They were able to tell that this guy sported a ginger coat of feathers in life."

message 36: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal is exceptionally excited now. Sort of bird, she smiled as she drew closer possibly going a little too close of course she didn't touch it she knew better than that but she couldn't help the excitement thinking when it used to look like she imagined it interacting with all the other creature she had seen up to this point and it became quite a chaotic imagination in her mind that was very entertaining to say the least.

message 37: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Now here we have another one of my favorite ones just discovered this year. The Dakotaraptor who was similar in size to the raptors from the Jurassic park movies. However unlike the one's being trained by Chris Pratt. This guy would've sported a full coat of feathers that would make him look similar to a giant eagle. However don't let his fluffy appearance fool you. This dinosaur earned the title of raptor tenfold. Appearing right at the end of the age of dinosaurs. Where it was in direct competition with the king of dinosaurs himself, Tyrannosaurus rex."

message 38: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal is getting even more excited now, you must of been saving the best creatures for last because it seemed ever since the wolf the creatures got more and more interesting. At least to her she wish she could see a feathered raptor, one that could take on a T-Rex. "Wow..." she couldn't help mothering, she had always had some fascination for dinosaurs but she was by no means an expert she knew the more commonly known dinosaurs not these exceptionally vague ones of course she knew about the sabertooth tiger and the dire wolf but that was about it of what she seen so far

message 39: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Now do in any of you girls have a any questions about Dakota here," he said grinning as he saw that everyone was in awe at the raptor.

message 40: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) "Could it fly?" Crystal knew it was a worthwhile question because there are many creatures that have feathers but couldn't fly though she would've thought that was also given it a decisive edge over the trying to source Rex having flight came in at Vantage to anyone. That was true and military tactics alone. This possibly was her new favorite dinosaur though.

message 41: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "I will answer Masi's question first as is the easiest to answer. The Dakotaraptor as it's name would suggest was found in South Dakota in the Hell Creek Formation, where many of the best T. rex remains have also been found," he answered. "As for flying no, a adult raptor wouldn't have been able to fly. However smaller relatives of this guy did glide from tree to tree and their have been some theories suggesting that the young of the larger raptors might have done this to escape predators. So that is a possibility."

message 42: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal was again disappointed by how they chose the namings. By peoples moods the location they were picked up. Seem like there should be a more scientific way of naming things. She couldn't help but smile at his answer for her question the thought of them gliding from tree to tree was an intriguing thought too. "Who gets to choose the names?" She had intended to ask that question out loud but she did so there was no taking it back now

message 43: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Well typically the paleontologist who discovers the animal gets to name and classify them. Normally using Latin or Greek. Though there has been a trend towards Chinese names as the majority of fossil unearthed today are coming from China,"he answered

message 44: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) "So it's like discovering stars..." Crystal mumbled. She didn't have anymore questions, she knew that whoever discovered a star got to name it or the start was named after them. Which is probably why they had some stupid name stars but then again they also had some pretty interesting named one so she supposed that is just the way things were even if she didn't particularly care for some of the names and The reasons behind them.

message 45: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "Now here we have the skull of a albertosaurus. A smaller faster cousin of the T. rex that lived as far up as Alaska. Which was cold even during the time of the dinosaurs. Now what makes Alberto, T. rex and other tyrannosaurs interesting. Is that we have found skeletons of juveniles and have found that they were fast and lean unlike the bulkier adults. So the theory is that teenagers would run down the prey and the adults would wait in ambush until they came close enough to give the killing bite."

message 46: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal listened as he talked about the new dinosaur. That didn't really make sense to her. "But if thats true the how would they hunt if they had no teens?" She hadn't meant to be rude, but surely there would have been a time when it was primary babies and adults. Not teens ready to hunt in that fashion.

message 47: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments "They would have been able to hunter without the teens particularly this one who was already fast to begin with. That was just one of the main strategies the they might have used so they weren't limited to it," he answered

message 48: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal nodded. She didn't have any more questions, but hearing some of the girls she frowned, but quickly made herself look busy like she was admiring the bones again. And pretending she hadn't noticed. Her throat tensed and eyes watered, but she blinked quickly. Right... no one else cares. They must think I'm stupid. She forced a convincing fake smile and waited for them to move on, so she could slide away and leave without anyone noticing.

message 49: by Eoraptor (new)

Eoraptor (Mortus) | 120 comments Kiba caught sight of how the other girls were treating her and frowned a bit. He would have to make sure to personally thank her after the tour for all her questions. Still he had one last exhibit to show so he finally lead the girls to a giant sauropod leg bone.

message 50: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly Brown (guardianwolfkim) Crystal had lingered at the back moving to slide away, but froze when one of the girls looked at her and smiled for some reason. Look away... None of the others seemed to be paying attention to her. She bit the inside of her mouth and hopped the girls (Masi's) attention stayed off her as she moved to silently leave. She should have stayed under her favorite tree and read...
