Hi everyone, my name is Vanesa, and this is my showcase!

I just published my first book Water Thieves (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... --> you can get a preview of the first chapter there), and I'm so excited to be sharing it with the world!

Water Thieves is a teen/young adult book, and it follows the story of two sisters as they travel back in time to stop the water from being polluted. I've teamed up with a group of researchers, and all sales of the book will go to the research team who will use the money to fund more community education activities and buy the book to distribute to schools so that kids can use it to learn different things about the environment and water.

I'm also a writer in other genres. I'm working on a mainstream novel right now, but I'm also interested in writing romances and epic fantasies. I'm a full-time student so my writing is slower than I would like it, but I'm getting there! :)
