Subhrajyoti Parida | 4 comments I, Subhrajyoti Parida, am a graduate in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.) from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Odisha, India and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE) from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, specializing in Supply Chain and Operations Management. I am also an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and is currently employed in Helicopter Division, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bangalore.

When not managing supply chains, I love spending time doing poetry, traveling, photography and of course, with his beloved wife and family.

My debut anthology of poems (solo), 'Bouquet - of emotions, feelings & thoughts...' published in August 2016, was awarded the 'Best Poetry Book of the Year 2016' by Salisonline.in.

I have also contributed as a poet to several anthologies such as 'Soo Much In Love' published by Raindrops Publishing Company, 'To my Dear Valentine' published by Hall of Poets, 'Dreamz Anthology' compiled and edited by veteran author S. Bandyopadhyay and 'Fire the Pyre Anthology' to be published by Poetry World Organisation, to name a few.

My latest non-fiction, 'My Mother- a tribute of a yearning son' is an emotional tribute to my dear Mother whom I lost to cancer in February 2016. In this book, I have has further gone ahead praising all the Mothers round the globe in all her forms, such a mother as Goddess, a mother as in Motherland and as Mother Earth..
