Once Charity said she gave up he had a pleased look on his face. He knew that this would happen at one point. No one can take his stubbornness for only a couple minutes at a time. He raised his eyes brown when she threw herself down in the sand. He couldn't help but chuckle. Nicholas had her right were he wanted her. She can't always get what she wants with every guy she meets, Nicholas was sure to give her that. He was either going to be her worst nightmare or they can be friends. That just depends on Charity. A pleasing smiled smacked on his fave when she surrenene do and ask if he wanted to get something to eat. Nicholas has won this game! Making himself feel more proud and proud my the minute. "Are you paying?" He asked in a mocking kind of way. He was joking, but if she offered to pay he would definitely take it. I mean; who says no to free food?

Nicholas nodded his head, putting his finger under his chin, trying to decide what he wanted to do. He was debating if he should go to were this girl was staying and get food there or get food at a restaurant. "We can go to where your staying," He said. It soon hit him. This girl was around his age. maybe she was staying at the house he was staying at. In that case; if she was it would be more convenient. Nicholas stood up, getting out of the sand. He whipped the hand off his legs and swim trunks. "Are you coming or what? I'm not going to help you up if that's what your waiting for," Nicholas teased.

Tucker and Charlie came to an agreement to go down to the cove, maybe walk on the beach a little bit to see the sunset if they had time. All the while, Charlie was excited to be showing him around. Tucker had shown Charlie which room was his, if she ever needed to find him, and he quickly changed into a pair of red, white, sky blue, and black colorblicked swim trunks and a plain red tanktop to match. He tucked his sunglasses with the white rims on his eyes, before he deemed himself ready five minutes later. The two left the house, all the while Tucker's eyes scanning the premises in hopes of catching Avalon. Nope.
Tucker took a rest when they finally reached the cove, the sun beginning to sink towards the horizon at seven thirty. The oceans salty breeze filled his nostrils, the sound of crashing waves on the shore sounding in his ears. "Hawaii... Really is beautiful," tucker sighed softly, looking to Charlie beside him and offering a small smile. With avalon gone and his shyness lightened, he had talked to Charlie more often, becoming closer friends in the process. He learned not to let her words and insults gettin him, only brushing them off like he did other critics on his work. "I can't believe this is my first time here..." He trailed off, kicking himself for being so boring. He felt so drab and uninteresting compared o Charlie, wishing he could hve some of her spunky personality.
Charlotte was flattered when Tucker showed her his room, despite it being something as mundane as his room. Maybe it was the fact that he trusted her enough to show her the place he slept, where he kept all of his belongings. Regardless, it was a fairly friendly gesture on his part.
The pair walked down to the cove, and with the sky beginning to become full of distantly twinkling (theoretically) stars, the only people that were out were couples waiting to see the sunset.
Tucker and Charlie were far from being a couple, but after that little incident and around an hour of talking, they were a lot closer friends now than Charlie'd been with anyone so far. Akaycia had drifted away, having gotten with that weird Russian guy, and Cole had basically just been a fling.
Charlie looked up at Tucker while they were walking down the beach, examining his face for a moment. It was definitely worthy of being a model.
"Yeah, Hawaii really is a nice place...and no pollution. Not like New York City, anyway..."
((Gotten with that weird Russian guy xD who is it anyway?? I keep hearing about this Russian dude))((who's your face claim again sorry I got charries mixed up))Tucker strolled at a leisurely pace, his bare feet sinking in the sand. A nice breeze ruffled his blonde hair, his blue eyes gazing out into the distant horizon. If someone decided from any angle to take a picture of him, they'd be able to publish it in a model editorial. It was just the way his face was so calm, how natural and laid back his whole vibe was. "New York," he laughed, shaking his head with pity. The place was a mess. Concrete jungle, with pollution and weird people. "That place is so disgusting... Glad I don't have to stay there for more than a few months at a time," he admitted, veering towards the inward shore that curved around, a little dent in the beach.
"Lets go out ourfeet in the water," he suggested, jerking his head towards the lapping waves, reflecting the sunlight off its waters. The warm clean water felt nice against his skin, a soft sigh escaping his lips. His mirrored ray bans covered his blue eyes, his vision masked from seeing the true beauty of he cove. Yet, it didnt occur to him to take it off at all, do anything with it. "So what do you think of this whole... Vacation thing?" He offered after a bit of silence, looking out over the ocean. He managed to scour the cove for smooth small stones, before skipping them across the water.
((Scarlett Johansson. And uhh I forgot his name. Also, can you bump this later bc I got a few things to do right now))
((Of course! Oh crap -.- I mixed up face claims, and now hanna[h]s character has short blonde hair .-. Oh well okay thank! Mine is river viperii or however you spell it))
((I was typing up a reply and my mother advised me to shut the computer off because outside there is a MAJOR storm. I really don't want to get electrocuted.))
Charlotte looked out over the water, tilting her head slightly like a young child would. The water looked rather beautiful at night, much more than it did when it was full of people. Despite this Charlie knew it was full of murderous creatures, so she turned her attention back to Tucker.
"I was born and raised right in New York City. It really toughens you up, you know? But I agree- it is disgusting. I've gotten so used to the sound of screaming and car honks that here in Hawaii it's hard to sleep at night," Charlie laughed, pulling her shoes off at the mention of putting their feet in the water. Clutching them in her left hand, she walked over to the water with Tucker.
"I think it's pretty sketchy, personally. What about you?"
((Just got my account back! OMG a storm?? What that's crazy, stay safe!!!))Tucker waded a little deeper in te water that washed over his legs, up to his mid calf. The water was so WARM. Tucker's eyes widened behind hi sunglasses, turning to face Charlie. "It's hard to sleep? I've gotten used to honking, so I don't know how sleeping will go for me tonight," tucker grunted as he threw a stone far, landing it way out in the ocean. Tucker offered some of his smooth stones to Cjarlie, shaking his palm and letting the stones roll over each other. "Skip some," he offered, turning his focus back to the ocean. He wasnt sre what to make of the whole situation, a bit suspicious. It was like that one book, And Then There Were None, by that one creepy author. Agatha Christie. "Who else would invite a bunch of hoodlum teens to their mansion, in Maui?" Tucker frowned, his blonde eyebrows knitting. He faces the water again, his hands dragging through the tide to find some skippable stones. "Why'd you come? The person organizing this could be some crazy rapist killer guy," he pointed out, fishing out a small dead sand dollar and holding it up for Charlie to see in triumph.
"Yeah, that's what I said, isn't it? I can't sleep in silence. It's just...weird." Charlotte sighed, taking the flat rock from his hand and looking back at the water. She didn't really see the point in throwing rocks, but she gave it her best shot. It skipped a couple times before sinking. Shrugging, she turned back to Tucker. "My parents insisted, and besides, I doubt they'd include plane tickets in a scam. But whatever, it happened, and now it's over. I'm alive, you're alive, we all are. Though I'm sure somewhere out there there's a teen sitting at home, having rejected this too good to be true invitation."
Tucker forgot about skipping stones, more about trying to launch them the farthest with his good arm. A little bit of baseball helped. "That's a shame... I think I'll need my city sounds, maybe there's something on the App Store with city effects, yeah?" Tucker murmured to himself mostly, watching as he last stone sunk into the water. "Parents too, huh?" Tucker sympathized, having been pestered by his own to come on the trip and relax from his school and modelling career to have time to himself. "For now, you don't know what'll happen," tucker added skeptically, sighing with satisfaction as he walked in the water along the shore, Charlie at his side. "Whatever, not like I had much of a summer planned anyway," he shrugged nonchalantly.
Charlotte shrugged in response. "Maybe. But I've got better things to do than sleep. Like write when everyone's gone to bed so they don't think- so they don't know- I'm lame." She chuckled, stepping carefully in the water. It was clear, but you never know what could be hiding under the sand- probably nothing, but you can never be too careful.
"And yeah, my mom's big on travel and stuff. She's been everywhere. After she had me though, she decided to just settle down...I really hope my sole existence didn't ruined my mom's dreams." Charlotte made a face.
Tucker scoffed at Charlie's insistence that writing was lame, his nerdy Ivy League side resurfacing. "Hey! Don't talk like that, I think witting is a wonderful use of time," he frowned, his steps slowing to smaller strides to allow Charlie to keep the same pace without her having to speed up. He was enjoying his company with Charlie fairly well, becoming accustomed to her odd habit of speaking out. He was actually entertained, when on other occasions he'd be irritated. Tucker that her mothers story was beautiful, just until Charlie's tone changed. "Not have ruined her dreams," tucker repeated, stopping in the oceans tide as it sank back into the ocean just as another wave rolled over. "Why would you have ruined it?" Tucker frowned a bit sympathetic, sensing the pain in her voice. He had always loved his parents even if he didnt see them often, never thought he had been a burden before.
((Sorry that's a crappt post! How am I doing so far? Need more oomph? Give me feedback please!!))
((omfg no I didn't mean she wanted to ruin her mom I meant that she hoped that she DIDN'T ruin her mom's dreams!))
"Well, I think writing is cool, it's just that other people don't. That's the point," Charlotte smirked, "besides, I have a reputation to keep. I'm kidding. I've had real conversations with about five people here so far, and two have ended badly."
She sighed, wishing she hadn't agreed to go, after all. It's not like she was winning anything, money or otherwise, so what was the point? Upon further mention of her mother, Charlie wondered how he didn't get it.
"You can't travel with a baby. And even when I got older, she got so worn out from raising a child and baking and all the other stuff she did, she just didn't want to do anything anymore. I wonder what she's doing right now..."
