SOLVED. NA Fantasy/Magic. Pretty sure it was about a girl with tattoos that she used to make magic. [s]

I read the book about 5 or 6 years ago so around 2011/2012. The book didn't look too old either, it could be that my library just had a new copy. It could be in either NA or YA, I personally think it should be in NA but I might be conservative. So I don't remember much about the book but the main character was a girl. I'm pretty sure she had tattoos all over her and she could do magic. She had a stoner boyfriend she used to get drugs from. There was some mob like group in it as well. The male protagonist that ends up being her lover was a huge guy, not necessarily handsome (I kind of remember her saying that), and had a weird name like Tank or something of that sort. I for some insane reason, remember this one scene where they were on the rood and she tries to have sex with him because they were both high on adrenaline. I think I remember this because it was the first time I read something like that. It's definitely Fantasy, maybe Mystery. The book was in a paperback format
