This book is a romance about a woman who finds out her husband is cheating on her with a coworkers wife ( I believe the main female character, as well as the guy who's wife, was having an affair with her husband works at a hospital) and they show up to her child's birthday party and she has a meltdown and her brothers, as well as her male best friend and his sister, is there and none of them know about it the affair her husband has had because they were keeping it quiet. The male best friend in this book is single but has a son. I remember the sister to the male best friends name is Allie and i believe there is a book about her as well.
