I'm also not understanding the question. Are all the editions correctly combined, or should one or more be separated? Is it just the original title that is wrong?

The editions are not combined correctly, but some time ago they were: one of the librarians separated the Russian editions (I found two at the moment) from the Lectures on Literature work and stuck them to the Lectures on Russian Literature work.
The question was, should I flag the edits, silently correct, correct and add the note, or something else?
I'm a bit new to this librarian thing, because I've generally only added info, corrected obvious typos, that sort of thing. I've never even used the separate feature...

I would correct and leave a librarian note after combining.
Separating is not scary, you can use the "separate editions" link on the editions page (https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio...) to separate both Russian editions together.
Afterwards you can combine them with the correct editions (and add the librarian note). I think the original title of the Lectures on Literature should also be changed, it causes confusion.
If you are not comfortable doing the edits, you can leave it for another librarian (but personally, I love separating and combining, so I suggest you try it out :) ).
Now I see this edition is tacked on to Lectures on Russian Literature, also by Nabokov. There's only one librarian edit for this edition except the first (which was mine), and its description looks like this:
... updated the book Лекции по зарубежной литературе by Vladimir Nabokov
work_id: '956476' to '55536122'
What's the correct procedure now: do I flag the edit, or re-edit the edition's work manually, or what?
