I ordered this book through Amazon, and it only took about a week to arrive here (sent internationally). I'm looking forward to reading it.

My copy arrived from the UK a couple of days ago and I'm just ready to start. Thanks for the heads up on the way the story is told - maybe it will keep me from getting confused by it.
I was lucky I had already had this on my TBR pile.
