Since I've borrowed exactly this version of "Kaśka Kariatyda" by Gabriela Zapolska, I'm able to provide some data:

This edition was published in 1974 by Wydawnictwo Literackie
It's a hardcover
It doesn't have ISBN number
It's 384 pages long
