This is a strange one...I wasn't even aware the first author had published this pamphlet back in 1963...just stumbled across it while doing some other research today. This is everything I was able to learn about it:

It doesn't really seem like a book.

It's a pamphlet, as best I can tell. That's the description I found. I didn't even know Ed had published it. Just found it on Amazon this afternoon by accident. I don't even know how many pages it contains.
