ABANDONED. Nonfiction Thesis Amazon freebie; written about a man in a relationship with an underage girl

This book was a freebie on Amazon probably three or four years ago. It was written from the authors point of view, it was his thesis. He was in a relationship with an underage girl who was very wealthy. In one scene he went to and exclusive New York nightclub with her. The waitresses in the club were subjected to all manner of insult/ridicule and at one point the evening's "entertainment" was the execution of an illegal illegal immigrant. The book was touted as non-fiction.
