Create series from 4 issues?

I've changed the series name to French, as that was the original language.

We only create series for a different language when the numbering is different.
The series name in other languages can be add to the series description (and in the title field of the book).

When the books are published with different content in different languages (one has 32 pages for every edition, the other 64 pages), then the books should not be combined and both can have their own series (= also different numbering).
